Blogger isn't cooperating with me uploading pictures again today. I will try again soon. I just don't know what the deal is? Anyone know? Maybe I need to update something? Not sure.
Life is OK.
Its been rainy and gray here since we got home most every day. I am sick of the gray and already dreaming of the next time we can escape the Pacific NW and wondering if summer will be here before we know it. (Or not.)
I typically don't shop the post Christmas sales but this year I did and I found wonderful things for Angelina's birthday party. We are doing a valentine-ish theme and finding red things was no trouble at all. I added some "pink" sparkly post New Years decor and its going to be perfect. We won a party at a local party place in a silent auction fundraiser we attended and its going to come together well for her. (I love my party planning.)
Izzy has been sick since Christmas day. She has gotten over her croup/cold/stuff but now is teething and went through some fevers and now some tummy troubles and is down right miserable. Jude was sick all last week and today was his very first day back to school in a long time. Poor guy. He seems to get hit really hard with anything respiratory that goes around. Sophie and Angelina were home sick today too. I did enjoy the time with them but I just want them to all feel better! Everyone did so well health wise on the trip (except Izzy).
Tomorrow I get to have some more special time with a few of the kids (out of town appointment) and Leishan so its going to be a great day.
The big announcement:
Leishan got engaged over the Christmas holiday! (On her birthday!) Her long time boyfriend proposed to her after calling us (while we were out of town) to ask for our permission. Yes, you can say we were so impressed with his maturity and thoughtfulness to include us! We have a wedding to plan! Yea. Leishan and Vince chose a date in July and is already looking at dresses. I can't wait to get together with her tomorrow to do some more planning and dreaming. (Its the best right?) She has involved all the extended family in the plans and its going to be beautiful.

Blogger won't let me post pics either so I guess we'll be pictureless together.
Blogger told me I was out of space and needed to buy more before I could upload any more pictures.

Hope this helps. Someone told me about it and I tried it and it worked. When you try to post click on the HTML on the right. The old fashioned picture loading thingie comesup. Load your pictures then click on Compose and write your post. It works.
Blogger has been a PITA when it comes to picture loading (Cannon and Nikkon) for YEARS. I ended up getting a new camera for Christmas, and now it works fine. Go figure!
I've had the same problem with blogger. I uploaded my pictures to picasa and then when I click to add a picture, I click on a picasa on the left side of the dialogue box and choose my photos from there. Best solution I've discovered so far.
